cookie policy
This policy covers the bidpiston family websites run by ebida ltd: bidpiston.com, carboncomply.co.uk, supplycomply.co.uk and contractcomply.co.uk.
the short version
These websites do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any other tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell or share browsing data.
what is stored on your device
- Your cookie-notice choice
When you press OK on the cookie notice, the site saves a single entry in your browser's local storage (named bp-cookie-notice) so the notice is not shown again. It holds no personal information and is never sent to us. - Security cookies
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors from automated traffic and protect the site. It is not used to identify you.
services from other providers
- Video
The video on Contract Comply is provided by YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube does not set cookies until you play the video. If you play it, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. - Icons
Icons are loaded from Google Fonts. No cookies are set, but your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them. - Enquiry form
If you send an enquiry through Supply Comply, the details you enter are sent to us so we can reply. See the privacy notice for how we handle them. - Buying, booking and signing in
Buttons that take you to Stripe (payment), Calendly (booking a call) or one of our applications (bidpistonAI, riskpiston, the Carbon Comply app, the Supplier Development Portal) open a different website. Those services set their own cookies, which they need to keep you signed in and take payment securely, under their own policies.
managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. These websites will still work. The applications you sign in to need their own essential cookies to keep you signed in.
changes to this policy
If we add analytics or anything else that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
